REFUND POLICY

This policy outlines refund terms for Talent Factory services and products.
Digital Products (HR Templates)
All digital product sales (e.g., HR templates) are final. Refunds are not provided due to the downloadable nature of these products. Ensure compatibility before purchase.
Consultancy Services
Service fees for Assessment, Branding, Consulting, Development Coaching, Employability Training, and Futuristic Mentoring are non-refundable once services begin. Cancellations before services start may be eligible for a 50% refund if requested in writing at least 7 days prior.
Exceptions
Refunds may be issued at Talent Factory’s discretion if:
A technical error prevents access to a purchased digital product.
Services cannot be delivered due to Talent Factory’s fault.
Users must contact Talent Factory within 48 hours of the issue to request an exception.
Refund Process
To request a refund, email info@talentfactoryindia.com with your order number and issue details. Talent Factory will review and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days, minus any bank charges and paid taxes.
Non-Refundable Items
No refunds will be issued for:
User errors (e.g., incorrect purchase, change of mind).
Services partially or fully delivered.
Failure to meet cancellation deadlines.
